Frank Coleman began his construction career in 1979, starting as a mason and working his way up to foreman and superintendent roles in masonry, ironwork, and concrete. With years of experience and a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Frank decided to start his company All Phase Concrete in 1990.

During the 2009 recession, his wife, Nicole Coleman, played a vital role in keeping the business strong. She took charge of marketing, increasing the company’s visibility through promotional materials and direct outreach to potential clients. Her dedication helped All Phase Concrete regain momentum and reinforced its family-driven foundation.

Today, Frank oversees construction projects while Nicole manages daily operations. Together with their skilled and loyal crew - many of whom have been with All Phase Concrete for years - they continue to deliver high-quality work.

Over the years, All Phase Concrete has built lasting partnerships with contractors, architects, and engineers. No matter the challenge - recessions, wildfires, or a pandemic - All Phase Concrete remains a family business committed to excellence and client satisfaction.
