All Phase Concrete uses rebar in all of our phases of our concrete work. Our reinforcing steel is to support our foundations, walls, patios, driveways and walkways. We use bars #3 - #11. We install rebar cages, in our footings, in foundations and walls. We have hydraulic benders to fabricate our rebar, however we can hand bend our rebar with hicky bars on the job site if needed to custom fit in place.The All Concrete team installs in all types of form work, such as slab decks, timber beams, modular slabs, or just traditional form work.
We have our own shop where we keep our rebar fabrication equipment. Our trucks and trailers can deliver to our job sites. We pre-tie our cages at our yard to save time for fast installation. We are efficient by pre-tying cages and grade beams when there is limited work space on job sites.These construction sites are at times in tight hillside areas with little areas to work in. It is very convenient to lift cages from trailers down hillside directly to the piers or footings.
The All Phase work team can multi task, we operate our equipment, build our forms, pour concrete, tie the rebar or just do any construction work that is needed to get the project done fast. Most of our big projects are designed by structural engineers. We can install any type of reinforcing rebar from any plans that are legible. The All Phase Concrete team have over 30 years of experience of installing rebar and fabricating.
