H illside foundations are our specialty. We build retaining walls up to 4 stories high or just the basic stem wall foundation. All Phase Concrete can do foundations on steep terrain areas, these areas can be in hard to get locations with a 2 to 1 slope. We do all types of foundations from start to finish by clearing the job site, cutting pads, all the excavation work from removal of the old foundation to replacing of the new foundation. We have saved homes from natural disasters, such as when El Nino hit in the North bay. In Marin County, San Anselmo, we saved a house from sliding in San Anselmo Creek by installing a concrete retaining wall to support the bank. In Sonoma County, we saved a home and cottage that was located behind Jack London Lodge from sliding into the creek. Our team drilled piers and installed Retaining Walls.
We can provide temporary shoring when hillsides are slipping into existing homes, and our team can stabilize and shore a hillside while we are installing the foundations. We retrofit, lift houses and re-level while in the process. The All Phase Concrete team has done foundations with grade beams, drilled piers, anchors and drilled tie-backs. If you need help with obtaining a permit, we have architects, engineers and craftsmen, all on board.
