While we do not offer excavation and demolition as a stand-alone service, we can offer these services as part of the concrete job. All Phase Concrete does all types of excavation work when doing new construction. We start out with site preparation. In some cases, we will begin with the demolition of an existing home and clear site of all trees and schrubs as needed in preparing the site for construction. The All Phase Concrete team can cut the pad for a new home or building and install the foundation. We will trench for footings, as well as fabricate and install rebar reinforcing in preparation for concrete. Once the foundation and site work is completed, we can do the back-filling of drain rock and compact dirt behind the retaining walls and foundations. Having the All Phase Concrete team do the excavating work in your project will be more cost efficient for you, because we can perform all phases of the work. We have our own equipment to do your project. We do our own trucking, drilling, jackhammering and saw-cutting of concrete. We also truck in our own materials, such as drain rock, base rock, sand etc.
We use a class #2 road base under our concrete slabs, which is a recycled material and consists of crushed concrete and asphalt.
The All Phase Concrete team works with soil engineers for compaction and the drilling of piers for our concrete retaining walls and foundations. When on site doing excavation work for new homes, we can also dig trenches for utilities while working with plumbers and electricians so other equipment is not needed. We always have construction jobs in progress to view. The types of foundations and retaining walls are usually hillside construction.
